Dr. Valerie Johnson-Philson equips women impacted by domestic violence, hardship, and life-altering setbacks to rebuild confidence, strengthen stability, and move forward with renewed purpose. Through Rising Beyond Defeat, Inc. a non profit 501(c)3 faith-centered women's empowerment organization, she connects women with mentorship, educational programming, emotional wellness resources, spiritual development, practical support, and community partnerships. Valerie believes a woman's past does not define her, her struggles do not disqualify her, and her story still holds strength, value, purpose, and power. Her work creates pathways for women to strengthen resilience, reconnect with their potential, pursue greater self-sufficiency, and transform adversity into a foundation for meaningful personal and generational impact.
